Order Tracking

Incorrect Shipping Information

- Lost packages caused by incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
If a package is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
Lost or Stolen Packages

Preorders & Backordered Items
Items marked as preorder or backorder will ship within the timeframe stated on the product page.
If your order contains both in-stock and preorder items:
- Your order may ship separately, or
- We may hold the order until all items are available
