Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Shipping destination
  • Selected shipping method

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

  • Delays due to incorrect addresses
  • Lost packages caused by incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

If a package is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Samaras Garden Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

If your package is missing:

  1. Check with neighbors or your local mail carrier
  2. Contact the shipping carrier directly

Preorders & Backordered Items

Items marked as preorder or backorder will ship within the timeframe stated on the product page.

If your order contains both in-stock and preorder items:

  • Your order may ship separately, or
  • We may hold the order until all items are available
